Subject: FW: Win-win-win opportunity- great seminar. free credit, free breakfast

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Martin Shenkman, CPA, MBA, PFS, JD. In addition to the titles listed above, Martin is a well known author of over 34 tax and legal books. In 2006, Mr. Shenkman’s wife, Patti Klein, MD, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Marty has authored and co-authored three books and almost a score of articles on various aspects of planning for chronic illness (investment, tax, estate, financial, disability insurance issues and more). Marty and Patti are now traveling throughout the country providing free advice to professionals on how to advise clients living with chronic diseases. This is a far greater portion of our client base than most realize, with nearly 120 million Americans living with some type of chronic illness. Although many professionals are familiar with some of the general planning tools and ideas, we can all do better. Marty’s lecture will gives some of the tools to do so.

Because traveling has become so difficult for Patti, the Shenkmans now travel from one seminar location to another by utilizing an RV.

Eisner Law, PC, along with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Team Fox (The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research), and the Association of Hole in the Wall Camps, are teaming up to host a free seminar presented by Mr. Shenkman entitled “Estate and Financial Planning for Clients Living with Chronic Illness” on August 31, 2010 at the Rivers Club, Oxford Center, 301 Grant Street, Suite 411, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the seminar will be held from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. You will be entitled to one hour CPE, CFP, and CLE credit. There will be no solicitation at this event.

If you are interested or know of other professional advisors that would like to better serve and advise their clients living with chronic illness, then please register by either calling me at (724) 940-7500 or e-mailing me at . Seating is limited therefore, I suggest that you reserve your spot now. I am attaching to this email the seminar flyer as well as an article from the July 13, 2009 Forbes magazine discussing Martin and Patti’s journey.

I look forward to seeing you and others you invite to this seminar.
